Job Title: 3D Generalist

At Koffeecup, we're seeking a highly skilled 3D Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D assets, collaborating with core team members, and contributing to the overall vision of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the art team to create 3D models, textures, and other visual assets for games and applications.
  • Identify and analyze risks, and develop solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Develop and optimize 3D models for runtime applications, and assess existing tools to design custom ones to support art pipelines and workflows.
  • Represent the art team in technical discussions and requirements meetings, and provide training to the Art, Design, and Engineering departments.
  • Write documentation, tutorials, and training videos to support the team's learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist in the video game industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity, and experience with version control software such as Perforce or Git.
  • Strong understanding of creative and game development processes, and a passion for playing and making video games.
