Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Poznan, Poland. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management department, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in supply chain management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to drive business growth and excellence.

About the Role
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work proactively with Supply Management Specialists managing highly complex commodities and supply base, ensuring timely delivery of purchased materials.
  • Schedule and expedite the delivery of purchased materials to ensure parts availability, aligning with global supply chain strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance, negotiate to resolve short-term performance problems, and clarify quantity discrepancies between invoices and physical deliveries.
  • Coordinate and execute inventory plans using systems parameters and material replenishment strategies to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1).
  • At least 3 years of experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to think analytically and logically.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a group environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with good time management and prioritization abilities.
  • German language proficiency is a plus.
