We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team at Provident Polska. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in defining and documenting system-specific User Stories, working closely with the business to ensure requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and document system-specific User Stories, incorporating acceptance criteria and definition of done criteria.
  • Work in Sprint alongside the internal delivery team, contributing to the successful delivery of change and acting as a Proxy Product Owner.
  • Lead workshops to gain understanding of business problems and identify possible solutions.
  • Lead Sprint Planning sessions and work with the team to plan Sprint Commitments.
  • Lead daily Stand-ups for your Delivery Team and ensure delivery of Stories as per the Sprint Commitment.
Requirements
  • Experience in Systems Analysis principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Deep understanding of User Story creation in adherence with INVEST principles.
  • Experience of working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner.
  • Experience and understanding of Agile Technical Product Ownership role.
  • Proven experience working on integrated website delivery projects.
