Job Description

The Krakow Camera Firmware team at Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Manager to oversee the technical and managerial aspects of a Scrum team's end-to-end implementation and maintenance of selected smart camera features and modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of talented engineers.
  • Developing people and the team through planning, coaching, challenging assignments, feedback, and support.
  • Identifying knowledge gaps and assisting employees in creating plans to address them.
  • Defining standard metrics and utilizing them to report the current status of ongoing initiatives.

Basic Requirements

  • Experience in leading people as a manager or technical lead.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities, identify risks/issues, formulate recommendations, and drive sound decisions that deliver results.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • English language proficiency that allows efficient communication.
  • Education at the college/university level in a technical field (Engineering / IT).
