About the Role

This is a remote position that requires an experienced UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma and German language proficiency at B2 level.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to designing user interfaces and ensuring the best possible user experiences (UX).

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Figma, experience in user research, persona creation, and user scenario development, as well as proficiency in information architecture and interaction design.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Creating personas and user scenarios to model different user groups and their interactions with the product.
  • Structuring and organizing information in a way that is intuitive and easy to understand for users.
  • Designing interactions between users and the product to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Creating prototypes and conducting usability tests to validate and improve designs.
  • Designing the user interface, including layout, colors, fonts, and imagery to create a visually appealing and effective experience.
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders from concept to product launch.

Requirements include:

  • German language proficiency at B2 level.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience in user research, persona creation, and user scenario development.
  • Proficiency in information architecture and interaction design.
  • Ability to create prototypes and conduct usability testing.
  • Proven experience in UI design.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
