About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead to spearhead our backend development efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving the delivery of mission-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams in delivering high-quality, highly available software solutions
  • Develop and maintain complex Java applications using Spring Boot and related technologies
  • Collaborate with product owners and architects to define technical vision and roadmap
  • Implement security features, such as federated authentication and authorization
  • Engage in knowledge sharing across teams through guilds and other initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, preferably with Spring Boot
  • Strong background in event streaming, database technologies, and APIs
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design, JSON, XML, OpenAPI standards, and HTTP protocols
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and logging (ELK stack)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
