Job Title: Third Party Risk Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust global third-party risk management program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the TPRM Lead to develop and implement a global third-party risk management program.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of the TPM operating model.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party vendors and partners.
  • Monitor and review third-party risk management practices and compliance.
  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in third-party relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure third-party compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on third-party risk status and key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in third-party risk management, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to third-party risk.
  • Experience working with high-performing individuals in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
