Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk Management Specialist to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) and broad knowledge of data protection technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as product owner for data protection & IT risk management solutions (e.g. ServiceNow IRM)
- Facilitate governance meetings with internal customers to drive business value realization
- Ensure correct usage of the solutions within the business through key users community and trainings
- Maintain solution related documentation (procedures, knowledge articles, user guides, training materials)
- Support internal customers and key users to ensure their successful onboarding into the solutions
- Analyze business requirements and work with technical support team to implement enhancements
- Drive efforts to enable process automation (e.g. automated controls, data quality assurance)
- Review and prioritize service requests (e.g., groups, reports, etc.) and demands (ideas, user stories, etc.)
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC)
- Broad knowledge of data protection technical solutions (e.g. Microsoft Purview)
- Familiarity with data protection and risk management best practices, laws and regulations
- Ability to design and deploy end to end solutions together with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Previous experience in IT Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance function
- 5+ years of working experience in areas of IT Risk Management, IT Audit, Compliance
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
