About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk Specialist to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of IT risks and compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective IT risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize IT risks, and develop plans to address them.
- Provide guidance and support to IT teams on risk management best practices and ensure that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in managing IT risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure that IT risks are properly identified, assessed, and mitigated.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and awareness programs to IT staff on risk management and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in the IT industry and ensure that our risk management strategies are aligned with best practices.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of IT risk management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess IT risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT risk management.
- Relevant certifications in IT risk management, such as CISSP or CISM.
