Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at CANPACK. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and collaborating with other IT teams to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to solve complex problems
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Higher education in IT or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and popular applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft solutions such as Windows, SCCM, and O365
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS systems with MDM technology
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking ability and working well under time pressure and stress
  • Polish and English language proficiency - minimum B2 level in both speaking and writing
