Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Featherstone Sourcing. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch technical support to customers via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Polish Language: C2 level (written and spoken).
  • English Language: B2 level (training provided in English).
  • Relocation to Athens, Greece.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required.
