Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled First Line Support Specialist to join our team in Kraków, Poland.

About the Role:

As a First Line Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving technical issues for clients to meet business and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use and improve your language skills by daily work in English
  • Communicate with an international customer via telephone, chat, and email in English
  • Provide technical support and resolve technical issues for clients
  • Learn a lot and develop your professional profile
  • Gain IT knowledge
  • Participate in trainings and talent programs
  • Have a stable workplace with flexible scheduling
  • Work in a safe and friendly atmosphere, where people matter

Requirements:

  • You speak English fluently
  • You have proven experience of working at Service Desk: IT support, customer support, helpdesk
  • You have excellent proven customer service skills
  • You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
  • You have outstanding communication skills and customer-focused mind-set
  • You have the ability to do multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy teamwork
  • You can work on-site in Cracow (100% office)
