Help Desk Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our corporate IT Department. As a Help Desk team member, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows Active Directory and Azure environments
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setup and configuration of new employees
  • Support company users with different systems and applications
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Help Desk Support Specialist
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory and Azure environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 software and administration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude
  • Fast learner, team player, organized, responsible, dynamic, and motivated
  • Basic Linux knowledge and networking knowledge
  • Understanding of information security, VPN Clients, and web filtering systems
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to serve as on-call 24/7 (weekly rotation within the team)
