Help Desk Support Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.
The Role
- Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
- Communicate timely updates on issue status and resolution.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and authorized desktop applications.
- Support Apple PC users with basic knowledge of Mac operating systems.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
- Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
- Perform remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
- Bring a broad experience of IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
- This position requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment.
The Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
- Minimum of 18 months' years of IT experience.
- Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation, and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Mobile device management, including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet SLAs.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and internal customer service skills.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment.
- Willingness to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
- Proficiency in English and Polish (C1) (written and verbal).

Our client offers support for routers, switches, firewalls, servers, wireless, migration, and more. We provide troubleshooting services for wide area networks, routers, local area networks, and switches.
