Risk Analyst in Reinsurance Risk Team

As a Business/Risk Analyst in our ReRisk team, you will play a critical role in helping us shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

What the day will look like
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly risk reports to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Assist in compiling Risk Committees packs to ensure timely and accurate information is shared with stakeholders.
- Escalate LoL (Loss of Limit) requests and track them accordingly to ensure compliance with risk policies and governance documents.
- Maintain the ReRisk Aon Avenue page to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Liaise with colleagues across Reinsurance to ensure effective risk management activities.
- Attend relevant risk committees and forums to stay informed and contribute to discussions.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience in the (re)insurance industry or in Risk/Compliance is preferred.
- Expert user of MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work with data to draw conclusions and improve business outcomes.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive attitude with the ability to build relationships with diverse roles and levels in the organization.
- Ability to work independently and support team goals.
- Analytical skills and ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and multitask.
