We are seeking a talented and dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our Service department in Łódź. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Commissioning and servicing of new equipment, as well as inspecting and fault-finding of existing equipment, primarily rotating units.
  • Ensuring all equipment used has the correct certification, including lifting equipment, electrical equipment, and tooling.
  • Collaborating with the sales team on customer sites to generate new business opportunities.
  • Meeting goals for the service team in areas such as submission of job reports and timesheets.
  • Providing technical service support to our customers.
  • Performing equipment inspections and audits, promoting preventative maintenance, and utilizing technical knowledge of product, spare parts, product upgrades, and services to develop Service sales.
  • Delivering hands-on or classroom-based training to customers and sales channels.
  • Participating in equipment testing and demonstration efforts by providing mechanical and process support.

Your profile should include:

  • A strong working background in Mechanical/Electrical process maintenance.
  • Experience gained within a production environment or similar field-based role.
  • Process knowledge in the food processing or similar industry would be beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's Engineering Degree or High School diploma.
  • At least 3 years of technical and/or field service experience in mechanical, electrical, heat transfer, and/or working with rotating machinery.
  • Flexibility to travel within the country and surrounding countries (minimum 3 days per week).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good command of English and Polish.
  • A valid B driving license.
  • Nice to have: UDT and SEP licenses.
