Link Group is committed to providing exceptional banking and capital markets consulting services. As a seasoned Java Architect, you will contribute to multiple projects, driving business transformations with advanced technology stacks and innovative solutions.

About the Role

  • Act as an architect or technical lead in various technical streams within banking implementation projects.
  • Support the development of banking competency across Poland and the EMEIA region.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators and client technical stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee project deliverables for the team.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Be willing to travel to client locations as required.
  • Participate in organization-wide people development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other relevant technical fields.
  • Domain knowledge: Hands-on experience in the banking domain, including retail banking, corporate banking, mobile/internet banking, wealth management, and payments.
  • Core technical skills: Expertise in Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, Web Services (REST & SOAP), Apache Camel (CXF), and Kafka.
  • Cloud platforms: Experience with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Technical design: Ability to design and deliver solutions for external integrations.
  • Core banking knowledge: Understanding of core banking system architecture, administration, configuration, and data structure.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Java, Spring, SQL, AWS/Azure Cloud, Angular, or React.
  • Business certifications demonstrating expertise in the banking domain.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in client-facing roles.
  • Language skills in German, French, or Spanish.
