This role involves collaborating with the Intraday Liquidity SME to develop and implement the bank's cash management and intraday liquidity strategy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the markets industry, strong knowledge of treasury and funding topics, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, converting them into actionable user stories, and working closely with technical teams to articulate business requirements into deliverables.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing regular updates, and managing project timelines, while ensuring smooth coordination with other functional areas by identifying and addressing dependencies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a core squad focused on the growth of the Polish business unit, with a flat, non-hierarchical structure that enables collaboration with senior partners and direct client contact.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and a strong understanding of end-to-end financial market processes and infrastructure.

The role also includes the opportunity to work with a global technology and management consultancy dedicated to driving digital transformation across the financial services industry.

Key qualifications include a degree-level education with a professional qualification, and 5+ years of experience in market-related industries (preferably at HSBC or a competitor).

The successful candidate will be able to continuously update procedures and collaborate with key stakeholders for successful delivery.
