About the Role

This is a hands-on technical position combining concrete integration engineering in SAP Cloud Platform Integration with broader technical excellence around SAP SuccessFactors and other solutions.

You will help deliver the Continuous Integration and Deployment pipeline with speed and reliability. The main outcomes are focused on enabling our delivery process to achieve stable, scalable, and reliable software in production, having shorter feedback loops, better collaboration with development, and enabling higher quality products.

This role is part of the next phase of Pandora's transformation journey, placing technology at the heart of evolving our business and delivering growth.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Engineer robust integrations based on SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP BTP, applying best practice integration patterns and engineering standards.
  2. Embed technical excellence into our Colleague Experience product line through hands-on Integration Technologies and middleware platforms, in close collaboration with Solution Architecture.
  3. You will work in an agile setting, assuming the responsibility for technical excellence, ensuring continuous focus on resilience, reliability, availability, capacity, performance, and continuity within the Colleague Experience product line.
  4. Enable best-in-class practices, standards, and methodologies within the engineering team.
  5. Implement and support Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines in the Release Management process around SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  6. Ensure high quality and reliability of data flows through the integrations, using metrics, monitoring, automated testing, and maintenance of the integrations.
  7. Develop technical documentation and artifacts to agreed engineering standards and SRE best practices in Pandora.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience with SAP Cloud Platform integration and the holistic SAP ecosystem.
  2. 3+ years of experience in enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  3. 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale applications in enterprise-wide environments.
  4. Strong understanding of integration concepts, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats (XML, JSON).
  5. Knowledge of middleware and integration platforms.
  6. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI to connect SAP SuccessFactors with other internal and external systems.
  7. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  8. Configure and customize integration flows within SAP CPI to meet specific business needs.
  9. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot any issues related to data flow, connectivity, and system performance.
  10. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and technical solutions.
  11. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented integrations, including monitoring and resolving any integration-related issues.
  12. Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  13. Experience with SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management, Payroll) is preferred.
