Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team at HEINEKEN Kraków. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, detecting overdue payments, and collecting debts. You will also own the Customer Ledger and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring customer accounts and detecting overdue payments
  • Collecting and analyzing data for selected payment/debt history
  • Reaching out to customers to discuss their debts
  • Owning the Customer Ledger and ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Acting as a Business Partner to OpCos to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections
  • Working collaboratively with other HGSS teams to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and standards are followed
  • Managing customer relationship accounts and ensuring a high level of service is provided
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers
  • Identifying held orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them
  • Managing the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with credit policy

Requirements:

  • German language proficiency (C1 level)
  • English language proficiency (B2 level)
  • At least 1 year of experience in OTC Collection area
  • Experience in accounting background and expertise
  • Strong customer focus
  • Collection experience
  • HORECA customers
  • Ability to deal with resistance
  • Understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process-Business knowledge
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centers)
  • Negotiation skills
