Tax Compliance Specialist

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in enabling accurate tax determination and compliance. Your responsibilities will include researching and analyzing tax laws and regulations, monitoring tax statutes and legislative activity, and preparing and analyzing information on multi-state tax returns. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing new content and content changes within applications, designing and executing test scenarios to ensure content accuracy and functionality, and researching and responding to client inquiries in partnership with Customer Support.
About You
As a Tax Associate, you will be an integral part of our team at Thomson Reuters. To be a fit for this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in tax, accounting, and/or finance, as well as experience with tax calculation and compliance software. You will also need to be detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem-solving, including the ability to interpret, analyze, and organize detailed legal, tax jurisdiction, and/or geographic material. Furthermore, you will need to be able to utilize online research tools and/or data sources, consistently meet rigid and recurring deadlines, and possess superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
