Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team at Traffit sp. z o.o. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for repurposing existing content into new, engaging formats that resonate with our audience and community.

• Turn long-form content (webinars, blog posts, podcasts) into digestible, shareable formats like social media posts and stories.
• Create short videos (snippets) from webinars and podcasts.
• Manage and maintain social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube).
• Schedule and post content on all social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages.
• Track social media analytics, providing insights and reports on performance.

• Experience in social media management or content creation for at least a year.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
• Familiarity with basic social media and video editing tools (eg. Canva, CapCut).
• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Flawless communication and interpersonal skills both in Polish and English (both verbal and written).
• Audience-oriented attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Constant learner and like to keep up with the latest trends and platforms.
• Passion for content creation and social media.
