About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Traffit sp. z o.o. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, including social media posts, stories, and videos
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and capabilities
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
