Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering assets, managing relationships with clients, and developing strategies for debt recovery. They will also analyze and recommend actions to recover receivables, supervise external debt collection agencies and law firms, prepare orders for external entities, represent the Company in legal proceedings, supervise bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, and lead internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recover assets.
  • Manage client relationships.
  • Develop debt recovery strategies.
  • Analyze and recommend actions to recover receivables.
  • Supervise external debt collection agencies and law firms.
  • Prepare orders for external entities.
  • Represent the Company in legal proceedings.
  • Supervise bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
  • Lead internal projects.

Requirements:

  • University degree in banking and finance, management, law, or accounting.
  • At least five years of experience working in restructuring and debt collection departments in a leasing company or bank.
  • Knowledge of regulations regarding leasing, rental, basic accounting principles, civil law, commercial company law, and legal aspects of establishing collateral.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles, insurance, criminal law, restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Negotiation skills, particularly in telephone negotiations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Initiative and ability to propose ideas that enhance work efficiency.
