About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Technical Accounting Administrator to join our Commercial Risk department in Cracow. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate finance activities and work closely with local teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify information received from insurers against system records
  • Perform calculations using system information
  • Analyze booking differences, brokerage and commission differences, and manage intercompany payments
  • Work closely with team coordinator and team members to meet service level agreements
  • Suggest and implement changes to tools and documentations to support effective service delivery
  • Transition processing scope to a newly built team in Krakow, Poland
  • Develop, track, and report metrics on various business situations and projects

Requirements

  • English and Italian language skills at least at B2 level
  • 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy
  • Ability to manage high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with high degree of accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to communicate with upper level management and external customers
  • Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks
  • Willingness to improve and automate work
