Job Description
This position will be based in Poland (Warsaw) and will report to the Egis ESG Manager for the Europe and Africa region. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Polish and EU sustainable development policies and the ability to draw practical conclusions from data for various projects.

The scope of responsibilities includes supporting the continuous enhancement of monitoring ESG trends and benchmarking performance across various sectors where Egis operates. This also involves leading the development of new tools and reports to gain insights and understand performance outcomes.

Furthermore, this role requires collaborating with various functions within the company to collect and record robust and accurate ESG data for the Europe and Africa region. Conducting detailed analysis of this data in line with Egis' ESG goals and objectives, and presenting the results in various formats for different internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, the successful candidate will analyze quantitative and qualitative inputs/outputs on key issues such as carbon emissions, biodiversity, and social value to understand our impact and support the preparation of recommendations for performance improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in writing analytical reports, proven analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, data systems, and Microsoft Office for reporting and effective communication are essential for this role. Knowledge of carbon emissions reporting and relevant regulations, such as SBTi, is also required.

Additionally, willingness to learn and expand knowledge in data and analysis, experience in a similar role, and active interest in ESG topics and data analysis are preferred qualifications. Education in sustainability, environmental protection, or a related field, and qualifications in data analysis or data management are also highly valued.
