Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at LiveKidPoland. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our daycare module, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our company vision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talking to customers, understanding their needs, and translating them into product solutions.
  2. Managing the core product lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  3. Thinking through product changes, considering current product limitations, external requirements, and technical constraints.
  4. Preparing detailed user stories, UI wireframes, and other necessary product inputs.
  5. Making or endorsing product decisions during the development process.
  6. Monitoring development progress to ensure alignment with product goals.
  7. Solving product-related issues as they arise from the technical realm.
  8. Collaborating with developers, designers, customer success, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product development.
  9. Maintaining and updating deliverable acceptance criteria as new information emerges.
  10. Accepting or rejecting deliverables based on predefined criteria.
  11. Shaping and writing product documentation.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, vSaaS, and/or EdTech.
  2. Solid experience with product management at complex B2B platforms (CRMs, ERPs).
  3. Ability to stay both strategic and very hands-on.
  4. Exceptional self-organization skills.
  5. Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
  6. Demonstrated ability to create and follow systematic processes for product development and management.
  7. Ability to maintain a clean and efficient workflow, ensuring all team members can easily access and understand project-related information.
  8. Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
  9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Data-driven decision-making experience.
  11. Hands-on experience with any analytics platform (MixPanel, Amplitude, PostHog, etc.).
  12. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  13. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features.
  14. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  15. English professional working proficiency.
