Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, defining requirements, tracking KPIs, and leading every aspect of the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with local engineering teams, customers, stakeholders, marketing, project management, and commercial teams across time zones to ensure the successful delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of a product development roadmap for OpenX's ad exchange data features.
- Manage products throughout its life cycle.
- Define experiments to validate the POCs of business problem solutions.
- Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams.
- Build consensus and drive execution.
- Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

- 7+ years of Product Management experience in advertising or related industry.
- Analytic or technical background with a proven ability to work in high-scale data environments.
- Experience in a fast-paced agile development environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact product functionality to stakeholder teams. Understanding of relevant issues in ad quality, data, and user privacy.
- Experience in advertising technology with a broad understanding from publisher through advertiser client's needs.
- Experience with external partner management and delivering on contractual agreements.
