Job Overview


We are looking for a highly skilled IT Advisor to join our team at Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. as a specialist in SAP Success Factors.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure the successful implementation of the Success Factors platform system.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to the Success Factors platform system and its related applications, with a strong focus on data quality.
  • Analyze requests and data within the Success Factors application, as well as investigate data in source and interfaced systems to identify root causes of problems.
  • Coordinate the implementation of solutions in Success Factors, advising the issue reporter on the solution outside of the application.
  • Coordinate data corrections at the source and ensure follow-up on data corrections in the source system.
  • Work collaboratively with various IT departments to identify the root cause of problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform manual uploads of employee data and investigate Org Chart issues.
  • Investigate employee data not correctly interfaced to SF and ensure data quality is maintained.
  • Responsible for maintaining PMGM IT documentation, including manuals, instructions, and training materials.

Requirements:



  • Master/Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous corporate experience with a strong understanding of technical aspects.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate complex issues.
  • High level of knowledge in SAP HCM systems and HR data entry processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Excel, particularly in building reports.
  • Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving oriented attitude and ability to work in an intercultural environment.
