As a Business Development Representative at TN Poland, you will play a crucial role in building and expanding the company's client network according to established business plans, timelines, and goals.

Main Objectives:
  • Becoming a trusted partner for existing and potential clients, including sponsors, CROs, and medical institutions.
  • Supporting the Site Development Manager in promoting TN Poland's brand through acquiring new clinics and developing a site network.
  • Conducting comprehensive research on potential clients to enhance the network.
  • Scheduling meetings with potential clients to present TN Poland's business opportunities.
  • Presenting the advantages of cooperating with TN Poland.
  • Cooperating with the Marketing team in preparing promotional materials.
  • Attending medical/pharmaceutical conferences and training workshops as needed.
Essential Qualifications:

We require:

Education: A university degree, ideally in life sciences.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a clinical environment as a medical representative or study coordinator.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent Polish language skills, with a strong command of English (B2 level).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven sales skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Valid category B driver's license.
