At Paramount Global, we're seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for crafting and implementing social media strategies for MTV, Paramount Network, and Comedy Central in Poland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and executing social media strategies for our Polish channels on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Developing and implementing content and consumer-engagement strategies on our local social media handles.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on creative campaign concepts and their implementation.
  • Rolling out and adapting key international campaigns, including music campaigns and EMAs.
  • Building digital content for our locally produced shows, such as Warsaw Shore.
  • Working with our international and video design teams to develop innovative social creatives and ensure processes are implemented across all assets.
  • Supervising freelance social media producers and external agencies.
  • Studying competitor strategies and social media trends to ensure our brands stay ahead of the curve.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, building social recap reports, and presenting takeaways to executives and partners.
  • Handling content production and freelancer budgets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with social media management.
  • Experience in developing and crafting visuals and videos optimized for sharing.
  • Deep understanding of publishing on various social platforms and nuances of the end-user experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of budget management.
  • Passion and knowledge about television, entertainment, and pop culture.
  • Phenomenal interpersonal skills and proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Excellent eye for detail and a stickler for grammar and composition in voice.
  • Ability to mine and leverage social and site data to develop content quickly against trends.
