Join Our Team as a Media Sales Specialist

At 849 TVN Media sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Media Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing regular and acquiring new regional clients, building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and media houses/agencies, and coordinating the flow of documents (including contracts and orders).

About the Role:

  • Servicing regular and acquiring new regional clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and media houses/agencies.
  • Coordinating the flow of documents (including contracts and orders).
  • Coordinating the timely signing of orders.
  • Analyzing the availability of advertising formats on TVN Group channels.
  • Supporting the process of cooperation with the departments of the Advertising Bureau (e.g. bid arrangements).
  • Participating in department-wide meetings and reporting to the Team.
  • Booking enquiries into systems and setting up orders.
  • Entering data on current customer contacts into the CRM system.
