Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.
  • Verify the accuracy of customs documentation.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing or unclear information necessary for customs clearance.
  • Ensure the correct identification and accurate input of shipment information into relevant systems.
  • Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to support regulatory and internal compliance standards and ensure timely clearance.
  • Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (C1).
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Task-oriented with good time management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to make independent decisions based on expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Will to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.
