At FedEx, we are seeking a skilled Clearance Broker Associate with expertise in export compliance to join our team. As a key member of our global network, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient clearance of shipments through customs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customs entry documentation based on supplied shipment paperwork.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of customs documentation.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify any missing or unclear information required for customs clearance.
  • Ensure accurate identification and input of shipment information into relevant systems.
  • Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to support regulatory compliance and timely clearance.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (B2 – C1) and English (B1-B2)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions based on expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
