About Performance Marketing Team

We aim to increase Tylko's brand awareness and drive traffic to the website through paid advertising channels such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Programmatic, YouTube, and newsletters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Implementation – Planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads.

  • KPI Optimization – Focusing on specific user actions: adding to cart, website interactions, key events, and of course ROAS in campaigns that deliver results.

  • Google Ads (experience not required, but a big plus) – Support for Product, Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.

  • Creativity & Testing – Collaboration with the creative team and testing engaging ad formats tailored to different platforms.

  • Analysis & Scaling – Monitoring performance, testing new solutions and approaches in campaigns.

  • Reporting & Insights – Regular analysis of campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Min. +2 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads / TikTok Ads / Pinterest Ads campaigns.

  • Ability to analyze data (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager / TikTok Ads Manager / Pinterest Ads Manager) and understand conversion drivers.

  • An eye for good creatives and understanding of social media trends.

  • Proficiency in English (B2+) and native-level Polish.

  • Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week.
