As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy on various platforms: Facebook, Instagram and with a particular focus on LinkedIn. This role includes creating both organic and paid campaigns, developing engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts. Development of Content Strategy: Planning topics and post schedules.  Adapting content to business objectives and target audiences.  Creating content promoting webinars, case studies, and whitepapers.  Creating content promoting organizational culture and company events.  Coordination of Employee Activities on LinkedIn: Encouraging leaders to react to and share posts.  Preparing post proposals for leaders.  Supporting employees in building their personal brands.  Engaging employees in social media activities.  Monitoring and Analysis of Campaign Results: Tracking post statistics and analyzing their effectiveness.  Reporting results and recommending optimizations.  Testing different formats and strategies for greater engagement.  Creation of Graphics and Visual Materials: Collaborating with the graphic design team to create graphics and animations.  Creating animations and simple video materials.  Organization and Promotion of Online and Offline Events: Creating events on LinkedIn and Facebook.  Coordinating communication before and after events.  Preparing social media coverage of events.  Higher education (e.g. marketing, communication, journalism, sociology) or equivalent by experience in other companies. Min. 3 years of experience in a digital role, preferably in IT industry. Excellent knowledge of social media analytics tools. Experience in analyzing LinkedIn data and leads. Experience in building a smooth operations and processes. Analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions. Basic knowledge of Hubspot and Cognism. Experience with working with Jira in Agile environment. Planning & project management skills. Creativity and quality driven attitude. Assertiveness and decision-making ability. Experience in working within a company that is undergoing a significant transformation. Proactive attitude and willingness to work on weekends couple of times per year. Knowledge of English at a profound level B2/C1 minimum. Welcome Skills Experience in the IT industry. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Knowledge of or German, or French, or Dutch or Polish or a mix of these languages.
