About the Role

Vestas is a leading global wind energy company, and we're seeking a talented Contract Coordinator to join our Contract & Data Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining contractual data in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring seamless service agreements across Europe, including Denmark.

Responsibilities

  • Verify contractual obligations and analyze service agreements to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service Managers and Sales Managers, to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain master data in SAP and Salesforce systems, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Prepare calculations for invoices and ensure accurate billing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, law, finance, or related fields.
  • Fluent English and German language proficiency.
  • Experience in corporate business administration, with a focus on contract management.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience is an asset.
