Role Overview

Dentons Business Services EMEA is seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our Europe Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the billing process for assigned Partners, generating WIP reports, and supporting colleagues to meet client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

\

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • \
  • Performing day-to-day tasks connected with the billing process\
  • Ensuring top-quality invoices are sent to clients\
  • Sending out invoices to clients and submitting e-Billed invoices in e-Billing platforms\
  • Coordinating the billing process for assigned Partners\
  • Generating various WIP reports for the Billing Team members\
  • Supporting colleagues and resolving standard cases to meet client satisfaction\
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Partners, Personal Assistants, and Local Finance Teams\
  • Collaborating with the Revenue Management Team to find improvements in the billing process\

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience in finance or billing\
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2/C1 level)\
  • Good legal and financial knowledge\
  • Ability to work with internal and external clients, providing excellent customer service\
  • Accuracy and attention to detail\
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\
  • Willingsness to learn and share knowledge\
  • Positive team player attitude\
  • Proactive approach to finding improvements in the billing process\
