Job Description

Are you passionate about talent acquisition and eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization? Allegro's Talent Acquisition team is seeking an effective Sourcing Manager to lead and build an efficient, modern, and specialized Sourcing Team. This is a key role within our talent acquisition function, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute substantially to our success by attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various positions with your team
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and specific job requirements
  • Manage and coordinate the work of Sourcing Team
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
  • Maintain and update the talent database and applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates by engaging with them through various communication channels
  • Provide regular reports and updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on sourcing progress and challenges
  • Stay updated on latest sourcing techniques, tools, and best practices by attending industry events and networking
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to continuously improve the recruitment process

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or similar TA role (including leading the team)
  • Experience in team management and stakeholder management
  • Excellent understanding of IT, operations, and corporate functions recruitment processes
  • Highly skilled in identifying and attracting the best candidates at the local, regional, and international scale using your talent network and innovative sourcing techniques (boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, OSINT)
  • Passionate about sourcing and have outstanding knowledge of candidates sourcing and selection methods
  • Outstanding analytical and data-driven thinking
  • Goal-oriented, focused on achieving high-impact results
  • Self-driven and with a high ownership attitude
  • Fluent in Polish and English
