Are you ready to deliver projects, transform materials, and improve equipment for winning consumer experiences? As a Manufacturing Trainee at P&G Gillette Łódź, you will have the opportunity to learn from our leaders and gain hands-on experience in our manufacturing departments.

Your Role in Manufacturing

In this traineeship, you will be on the production floor, meeting different challenges and making decisions that impact the outcome. You will discover our leading technologies, learn P&G standards and methods, and build your own capabilities through job experience, mentoring, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze performance loss and develop solutions to improve equipment, organization, and skills
  • Ensure effective communication between departments, including logistics, packing, and projects
  • Craft learning programs for operators and team leaders to develop their skills
  • Establish systematization tools, simplify processes, and standardize work

Job Qualifications

We are looking for Bachelor's or Master's students who:

  • Are at least 3rd year students in engineering school or universities of technology
  • Have an interest in technology and a positive attitude towards challenges and change
  • Can operate with subject area and collaborate effectively with others
  • Can express ability to learn, analyze situations, and find solutions
  • Have a spirit of innovation, problem-solving, and reapplying success
  • Have very good English and Polish skills
