We are a small, Warsaw-based Shared Service Center that stands out due to our unique atmosphere, employee-centric approach, exceptional benefits, and the potential for structural growth.

Our unit continues to grow, and we are looking for a Senior GL Accountant (who could take on the role of Deputy GL Manager) with English and Spanish (preferred) language skills.

This position involves overseeing the Spanish and Portuguese markets, and we invite you to explore this opportunity with us.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior GL Accountant / Deputy GL Manager, you will be a key player in general ledger accounting, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and process optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Data Management – Overseeing the general ledger, ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliations, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Closing Procedures – Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including adjustments and accruals.
  • Analysis & Compliance – Reviewing balance sheets and income statements, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Working closely with AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, and other teams to streamline financial operations.
  • Audit & Reporting Support – Preparing financial data and reports for internal and external audits.
  • Process Improvement & Development – Contributing to projects aimed at optimizing financial processes and reporting.
