Senior Finance Professional for Shared Services

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a seasoned Senior RTR Accountant with Spanish language skills to join our newly established Shared Services Center (SSC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing General Ledger processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting operations.

The successful candidate will participate in the transition of financial processes to the new SSC, guaranteeing a smooth knowledge transfer and implementation of best practices. Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Oversee General Ledger activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Transition Support: Participate in the migration of GL processes to the SSC, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, adhering to IFRS/local GAAP and corporate accounting policies.
  • Audit and Compliance: Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and expertise.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Shared Services environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
  • Proven knowledge of finance, particularly General Ledger.
  • Hands-on experience in Shared Services transitions is an asset.
  • SAP Finance experience is desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to travel during the transition phase and occasionally thereafter.
