About the Role:

This position exists to deliver comprehensive Total Rewards initiatives and programs that support our philosophy of providing total rewards that are attractive, fair, and equitable. You'll be responsible for supporting Total Rewards needs for an assigned area of the business through alignment with established strategies and policies.

Key responsibilities include acting as a Total Rewards ambassador, influencer, and educator, ensuring employees understand our philosophy and programs, and maximizing the perceived value of Brown-Forman's Total Rewards offering. You'll also undertake job evaluations and recommend individual pay changes for all Leader and Professional level roles, partner with the Global Mobility team in the customization of mobility packages when necessary, and conduct analysis of pay competitiveness and pay equity across assigned areas.

Additional responsibilities include leading the optimization and day-to-day management of our Fleet program, collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners, and serving as a subject matter expert for the assigned area for all Global Job Levels, Compensation and Benefits programs. You'll contribute to the development and integration of new or existing rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and efficiently supported by technology.

You'll also serve as a key member of the International Total Rewards team, recommending new external vendors as appropriate, updating employee communications, and collaborating with various teams for smooth implementation. Finally, you'll undertake total rewards projects as requested.
