Data Scientist with Snowflake and Terraform Expertise

Holisticon Connect is a custom software development company with a team of over 180 people. We have the opportunity to work with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe. We are looking for Data Engineers to join our team and contribute to building a strong data foundation to support data-driven HR strategies.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement robust data pipelines to process large volumes of HR data.
  • Develop and maintain data models using DBT to ensure structured and accessible data.
  • Integrate data sources using Fivetran and manage the flow into Snowflake.
  • Build data validation and testing frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Implement data governance policies to ensure the safe handling of sensitive HR data.
  • Collaborate with teams across geographies to align data efforts with HR strategies.
  • Automate infrastructure management with Terraform.
  • Use Git for version control and help HR users create PowerBI dashboards.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract



  • UoP: 16 000 – 20 000 PLN gross/month
  • B2B: 140 – 170 PLN net/hour + VAT

Requirements:



  • At least 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering, ideally in HR or people analytics;
  • Knowledge of DBT, Fivetran, Snowflake and SQL;
  • Strong understanding of data governance and handling of HR data (preferred sources such as Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp);
  • Experience of version control using Git and infrastructure automation using Terraform;
  • Have a collaborative and co-creative mindset with excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent English (C1) to work effectively with international teams;
  • Availability to work at least 4 days at the office located near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw.
