As a Senior Billing Analyst, EMEA with Warner Bros. Discovery, you will play a pivotal role in translating and coding contract information into our billing system, issuing affiliate invoices, and conducting all affiliate billing related activities. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining a deep understanding of Billing and Contract related issues and queries within your assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate specific contract language and concepts to Billing System environment
- Generate accurate and timely customer invoicing
- Function as the subject matter expert for a portfolio of customer accounts
- Create and improve processes to build efficiency
- Contact customers for queries resolution
- Generate regular analysis and reporting
- Documentation of business processes
- Continuous monitoring of contractual compliance
- Ensure the compliance of financial processes with Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (if applicable)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in Billing process
- Fluent in English
- Other languages (Italian, Romanian or Russian)
- Quick problem solver, team player, excellent time management skills
- High level of service-mindset and results-orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand legal contracts
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel – large spreadsheets, pivot tables, sorting reporting, SAP
