We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our Spinning & Curing team in Poznań.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering design solutions for production equipment, ensuring high-quality and efficiency.
About the RoleYou will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze production equipment needs and challenges, developing creative solutions that meet our customers' expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing production equipment needs and challenges to develop effective design solutions.
- Making clear technical agreements with customers and other stakeholders.
- Designing and developing mechanical solutions using Inventor or similar software.
- Communicating effectively with suppliers to secure compliance with specific design needs.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting following CE directives and company guidelines.
You will also participate in budgeting and tender material development for suppliers, as well as business travel to oversee on-site implementations and collaborate with international colleagues.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Your background should include working with mechanical design, machine construction, and 3D modeling using Inventor or similar software.
Prior experience in engineering or maintaining bulk material handling equipment is preferred, as well as knowledge of wear-resistant materials and a degree in mechanical engineering.
Fluency in English is required, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
