Job Description

As a Sales Trader for the energy & gas sector, focusing on the North Eastern Europe / South Eastern Europe market, you will play a key role in developing a portfolio of clients and building strong long-term relationships. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Trader at Respect Energy Fuels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building your own customer portfolio through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building activities.
  • Ensuring brand awareness and building your network through participation in business events, fairs, and other market-related gatherings.
  • Opportunity to co-shape the south region/north region trading business by contributing to strategy development and execution.
  • Negotiating deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Becoming the main information source for counterparties you trade with by developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Developing and executing trading strategies with analysts and other colleagues to optimize business performance.
  • Conducting market research to analyze market trends, potential clients, and competitors to inform business decisions and contribute to the company's growth efforts.
  • Responsible for achieving your own revenue target by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in either sales, trading, business development, or account management, ideally in the energy and gas sector.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or a related field.
  • Very good command of English, with other languages being considered an advantage.
