Job Description:

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Electronics Specialist to join our client, a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions. As part of their engineering team, you will be responsible for managing customer hardware requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications, and conducting compliance testing for power inverters and control units.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge power electronics projects, collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on analyzing technical requirements, decomposing them into architectural blocks, and designing requirements for embedded test software.

You will also be responsible for creating functional test plans, defining hardware configurations, and conducting functional hardware testing on designated test benches. Additionally, you will provide technical support for hardware validation regarding environmental conditions and electromagnetic compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze technical requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with all parties involved in the project.
  • Decompose requirements into architectural blocks, I/O interfaces, and design requirements assigned to engineering teams.
  • Prepare product definition documents and manage changes.
  • Develop requirements for embedded test software.
  • Create functional test plans for products, define hardware configurations, and test setups.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive electronics or e-mobility (hardware).
  • Good understanding of embedded hardware systems.
  • Experience with effective problem-solving methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DMFEA, FMEA, and FTA.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to think broadly while paying attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
