We are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team in Tri-City. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing supplier relationships, and helping with month-end closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments
  • Managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Assisting with month-end closings and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Preparing financial reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other members of the finance team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • English skills at B2+ level for smooth communication across teams
