The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to travel agencies through various communication channels using advanced software and diagnostic tools.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing and identifying key problems and making decisions to solve issues.
  2. Providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with customers.
  3. Working in a high-speed multitasking environment and showing a high sense of urgency for sensitive issues.
  4. Maintaining effective communication with internal and external teams.

Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken Italian.
  • Ability to extend knowledge in the area of new technologies.
